We strive to provide high-quality, easy-to-understand content, but we understand that digital products aren’t always the right fit for everyone.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Because this is a digital product, returns are only granted in limited circumstances, such as:

• You did not receive access to the product.
   
• You are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from using the product, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
   
• You purchased the product accidentally and did not access or download any part of it.
   

Please note: Refunds will not be granted simply due to dissatisfaction with the content, as all content is clearly described prior to purchase.

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

   • Your order number
      
   • The reason for your refund request
      

1. If eligible, our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm your request and guide you through the next steps.
    

• If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
   
• The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
   
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
